1. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping and we guarantee all orders will be processed and shipped ASAP.

*Please note that we are not responsible for delays due to the postal service or customs clearance. We cannot control shipping time because it depends on the handling time of local postal services and other factors like customs clearance, bad weather etc.
2. Shipping Schedule
Please allow up to 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Usually it's processed in 1 business day. Once processed, the parcel will be dispatched to carriers.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status by logging into your account on our store.
4. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
4.1 Incorrect Shipping Address
If you have left a wrong shipping address, name, or contact information, please contact our customer service at support@youtolens.com within 2 hours after you complete payment.
*Please kindly note that we are unable to redirect to another shipping address after we have processed and shipped the parcel.
*Youto is not responsible for the delivery failure due to incorrect shipping address.
4.2 Lost Parcel
While rare, If your parcel is shown "lost" or "missing", please contact our customer service immediately
5. Customs Duty & Tariff
Our delivery partner can usually handle customs clearance without taxes being charged. However, exceptions may apply.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
The price on our website does not include customs duty and tariffs. Please note that these charges are paid to your local carrier or government, and are not charged by Youto. Thus, they cannot be refunded.
